Shipping

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order — no minimum purchase required.

How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes approximately 8–12 business days after that, so most orders arrive within 10–14 business days from the time you place them.

Will I get tracking?
Yes. You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update in the carrier's system.

My tracking says delivered but I don't have my package.
Check with neighbors and around your property first — packages are sometimes left in unexpected spots. If it still hasn't turned up, email us at edin1598@icloud.com within 7 days and we'll help investigate with the carrier.

Returns & Refunds

What's your return window?
You have 5 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

How do I start a return?
Email us at edin1598@icloud.com with your order number and reason for return. Please wait for our instructions before sending anything back — unauthorized returns can't be processed.

Who pays for return shipping?
Customers cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend a trackable service.

What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us within 5 days with photos of the issue. We'll cover a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Can I exchange an item?
We don't process direct exchanges. Return the original and place a new order for what you'd like instead.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 12 hours of purchase and as long as it hasn't shipped. Email us as soon as possible.

Are your products safe for babies?
Every item we carry is selected with safety in mind. Our silicone products are food-grade and free of BPA, PVC, and phthalates. Our wooden toys have smooth, rounded edges. Product pages list specific materials and age recommendations.

How do I clean silicone items?
Most can be washed by hand with soap and water, run through the dishwasher, or sterilized by boiling. Check the individual product page for specifics.

What age are your products for?
It varies by item — each product page lists a recommended age range. Always supervise your child during play and feeding.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout.

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through Shopify's secure, PCI-compliant checkout. We never see or store your card details.
